100 Park Building Amenities and Perks


Did you know that 100 Park is LEED Gold Certified?

We certified 10 years ago and were the first building in the SL Green portfolio to do so.

Our 14 green roof setbacks boost our LEED score, help the building with water runoff, and also keep us cool.  

 

We are also committed to the community at large and are proud to host a variety of annual charitable drives:

We also have an e-waste program in place. Through Building Engines you can request that your e-waste be picked up. At no charge, unless you need to have your hard-drives wiped. 

Lastly, did you know that the occupants of 100 Park building, get 10% off a 2 Beans (the coffee shop downstairs)?

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What are your operating hours?
A: We are open from 8.30am - 5.30pm

Q: How much do I have to pay to use this space?
A: This is all compliments of your building... which means you don't have to pay anything to enjoy what it has to offer.

Q: Does the space have wifi?
A: You bet we do! You can find the network name and password in the app, in the space itself, or by asking your Community Manager.

Q: Can the entire space be rented out for private events?
A: If you're interested in organizing a private event, check in with your Community Manager, and we'll address each request on a case-by-case basis.

Q: When will the Community Manager be available?
A: You can find your Community Manager from 9am until 5pm, but any employee in the building can open the space from 8:30am - 5:30pm with his or her app.

Q: Can I sit and work from the space?
A: We hope you do! The space is great for a change of scenery and is designed to help improve focus, collaboration, and creativity.

Q: If one of the smaller rooms is not booked, can I use it impromptu?
A: Absolutely - but just in case, please book it via the app, even if you're already in the space. This will ensure that nobody else can claim your space during the time you’ve booked it, and it also helps us understand how the space is being used.

Q: Can I bring my lunch?
A: Lunch it up! But please clean up after yourselves. Although we like you very much and want you to be well-fed, we're not your mother. You can find trash and recycling in the kitchen.

Q: Can I bring guests?
A: If they bring tacos (just kidding).

Yes you can, provided that they are registered with building security downstairs and that they stay in your presence at all times.

Q: Can you lock any of the rooms?
A: You can! If you have a regular prayer practice, need to take a nap, or if you’re a new mother who needs to pump, our Canal Street room is perfect for you.

Q: Can I conduct an interview or brainstorm with my office in one of the rooms?
A: Yes, we have created spaces that are conducive to creative thinking, and private conversations. Please book the room through the app or ask your Community Manager which one may be best for your needs.

Q: Can I bring my child(ren)?
A: We're sure your children are beautiful, well-behaved, and destined for greatness. However, this is not a daycare, so please do not ask your Community Manager to babysit for you. That said, we do not mind if you bring your child and hang out with your little prodigy.

Q: Can I bring my pet(s)?
A: No, we are not suited for pets (even though we're all pet-lovers here… just ask your Community Manager Audra for pictures of her cat Franklin D. Purrsevelt!).

However if you have a service animal, we don't object.

Q: When can I play ping pong?
A: Check out the times available in the Bowery room in the app! We have designated times for playing that don't interfere with nearby meditation practices.

Q: I love your book selection. Can I borrow them?
A: We're glad you think so! We put a lot of work into our library, and we hope the books inspire you as much as they inspired us. However, the books are for everyone to enjoy in the space, so we ask that you please don't take them with you.

Q: What about the Sonos, TV, art, plants, and the meditation cushions, and the lamps and the....?
A: Well thanks! We're glad you like those as well. But they're pretty important features of our space and prefer that they remain here. We ask that you keep the space just as you found it, and only take what (actually) belongs to you.

Q: What if I pinkie promise to bring it back?
A: Still nope. But we admire your persistence! Instead, feel free to ask us where we got any of our items and we’ll be happy to find that out for you.

Q: Can I serve myself from the Bevi?
A: Hydration is super important to feeling awake and healthy, so help yourself! We have installed it for you to enjoy.

Q: I also have Sonos at home. Can I stream my own music?
A: We're sure that you have an incredible taste in music, but our Community Manager manages the Sonos and tries to maintain a relaxing, laid-back mood.

However, if you're in a room and you'd rather not have music in it, please let the Community Manager know and we'll be happy to turn it down or off. If you'd like to request a song, you're welcome to talk with your Community Manager, but please know that he or she is not your personal DJ.

Q: Tell me more about the art in the space. I'm an artist myself -- can I bring in some of my own artwork to display?
A: Hobbies, side-hustles, and passion projects give many of us a sense of purpose and fulfillment. Because this is a space for and by the work community, if you're an artist we'd love to hear from you! Please let your Community Manager know if you'd like to share your art with the space.
