Morning Meditation

During this 20-minute session, an instructor will lead you through a series of gentle movements, breathing, and meditation practices designed to relax your body, restore your energy and reboot your mind. You will leave feeling refreshed and renewed, ready to take on the afternoon with focus and stamina.

All levels are welcome and the meditation averse are encouraged to give this accessible and potent class a try!

Yoga Reset

Transform your energy with simple stretches, breathing, and strength exercises from yoga. This twenty minute session is for everyone: complete beginners or experienced practitioners will all get an afternoon boost. Your mind and body will thank you, and with that contagious, uplifted mood, so will your coworkers!

We will provide yoga mats and balance boards.

Guided Relaxation

Come experience a guided relaxation that will reset your entire nervous system in 20 minutes! Taking a short time to fully relax leaves our minds and bodies feeling immediately lighter and calmer, and counteracts the stress and exhaustion that can accrue during the work week.
