Better Spaces operates at the intersection of technology and human touch. We are the leader in tenant engagement within corporate office buildings. Our platform serves to attract, retain, and develop talent for tenants and therefore for property managers. Our unique programming and beautiful space design creates relaxed and dynamic tenant experiences in a “work from home” environment. 

The Better Spaces platform is a tool for property owners and tenants to create experiences curated specifically for employees’ needs. Clients employ our app to collect anonymous data on amenity use, engagement, and building satisfaction to determine the likelihood of a tenant renewing their lease and staying in a building.

Who are you?

The Junior Marketing Manager role at Better Spaces is at the intersection of the programming and design departments. It is an exciting, multi-faceted role with room for growth. The right candidate will have excellent skills in design, copywriting, email marketing strategy, and project management. They want to use their vision to build a brand for an inventive, authentic, rapidly growing company. They are upbeat, precocious, a super communicator, and able to toggle between big picture thinking and detailed minutiae throughout the day. They are self-reliant and love collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Write or oversee all the copy for printed and digital materials for all locations

  • Update the website under guidance from the Creative Director

  • Enter all events in the app for all locations and streamline communications systems to make sure there is seamless communication to our users about engagement opportunities and service changes

  • Source images for all materials, across all platforms

  • Communicate Production Team Print and Digital Needs to the design team and oversee on time delivery including printing, pickup and installation

  • Create effective email marketing strategy, including refining of sign up pathways (web, in person, email, etc.) and overseeing newsletter content for all locations. 

  • Oversee and maintain all correct details in the app for all locations for all events

  • Build out the Better Spaces brand identity under direction from the Creative Director and develop customer facing communications to increase our visibility in the market

Required Proficiencies:

  • Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Microsoft and Google Programs (Powerpoint, Word, Slides)

Qualifications:

  • College Degree, preferably in Communications or Design, or relevant 4 years of work experience in the field

  • Minimum of two years working in a fast paced communications or marketing role

Salary DOE; Part-time with growth to Full-time
