Todd Tarpley
CEO

Todd brings two decades of executive-level experience at large companies (A&E Networks, Nielsen) combined with six years of C-suite experience at start-ups. A graduate of Yale School of Management, Todd oversees strategy, finance, and client relations for BetterSpaces.

Michele Bonacorte
Director Programming

Michele is responsible for programming all classes and events on the BetterSpaces app, as well as serving as Community Manager and event coordinator. Prior to BetterSpaces she led the nonprofit breast cancer organization Beautiful Self.

Tammy Blank
VP Production & Programming

Tammy spent twenty years in marketing and design at Target before launching her own events consulting business in 2014. Joining BetterSpaces in 2018, Tammy oversees daily operations including events, amenity spaces, and wellness programming.

Sam Singh
CTO

With over 15 years of software building. Sam is a skilled engineer who connects BetterSpaces buildings to the people inside them. His technology enables better rooms and experiences, and ultimately gives tenants more choice over their experiences.

Stephen Rizzo
Chairman & Co-founder

Stephen co-founded BetterSpaces in 2017 and continues to serve as a Board Member and senior advisor. Stephen is co-founder and CEO of CodeGreen Solutions, a market leader in energy and sustainability solutions. Stephen’s industry authority in legal, real estate, and environmental sectors are invaluable to BetterSpaces.

Nicholas Sopkin
Board Member

Nick is a finance executive with extensive experience in global financial solutions, inventory management, and structured capital markets. A graduate of Cal Berkeley, University of San Francisco Law School, and Oxford, Nick has been an advisor to BetterSpaces since 2018.

We service office workers, both in their workplace and remotely. Our product allows landlords to engage directly with their building occupants whether they are in the office or not. We also provide employee engagement solutions for companies to enhance their team’s wellness and well-being.

Clients include CRE giants L&L Holdings, Sanzari Enterprises, Onyx Equities, Brandywine Realty Trust, Merritt Properties, Time Equities, Zeller Realty Group, and Bergman Real Estate Group, to name a few. Our experienced leadership team includes CEO Todd Tarpley and VP Production & Programming Tammy Blank, who have a combined 40+ years of operations management experience.
