Amanda Scarcella is a Masters Level Jungian Positive Psychology Coach, a Certified Integrative Health Coach, and a Yoga and Meditation Teacher. She specializes in helping people of all shapes and sizes to create amazing relationships with food, movement, and their bodies using tools such as mindfulness, self-acceptance, and positive psychology.
